Dropportunities®

Chances blown, on multiple occasions. Dealing with Century Link, for example, contains tons of dropportunities every time. Lady on the phone set the wrong appointment time, guy who finally did show up had the wrong gear. Billing sends me the wrong cost, twice, and then can’t fix it.

You are welcome, again, America.
