Friday Fives – we don’t murder no more!

It’s not just that I dislike most eggs, which is true. There is zero regard for those things Each and every egg is a senseless abortion!

Mandala Sarong - Olive Green With Green and Opalescent Orange Sequins

How do you like your eggs cooked?

I am not an egg guy, but if there are no other choices… 3 eggs pan fried until nothing is runny anymore.  Fresh pepper and salt.   Ideally, it finishes with some kind of green chili.  Annually, I buy a 10 pound bag of Hatch green chilis.  They are roasted right then, and frozen.  I freeze them into little 7 or 8 ounce bags in a zip lock.  Each one of those bags lasts about a week.

If you could ask any Julia Child one question, who would you ask and what would you ask?

Tell me about your years as a spy.  Also, Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa) was some kind of spy.  Ooh, Jeffery is just going to love this!

What is your go-to hangover cure?  (Asking for a friend)

Back to bed.  A big ass glass of water.   Go back to bed.  Rinse and repeat

People that have experienced a Heart Attack, what does it feel like?

Almost exactly like this.  Here, my character is played by Ryan Gosling… and obvious choice.  Roy’s was a little more like the gal on the left.

What is a food that everyone loves but you absolutely despise?
Rivers.  Pickles.  Olives.  Mushrooms.  Coyote (the song, not the food)

*** I don’t know what happened, y’all.  I just typed that in and was hunting for a link.  But your question was about food, right?  It’s a great and beautiful and perfect song  Let’s just stop and enjoy it, eh?

Now, about that food thing.  I am not that interested in food like I am music.  So, since my subconscious was already way out front on this one.  This is Joni again, but a pretty deep cut.  It’s so good that I am going to give you two clips.  AND… both will be live.  She wrote this in 1974, on the Rolling Thunder tour. Its about… let the song speak –
